Order Processing

Orders placed before 9AM GMT  are processed the same day.

Orders placed after this cut off will be processed the following business day. (No parcels sent out on weekends)

Free delivery (within and outside the UK) for orders over £70 apply to orders with only jewellery (no Diracs). Shipping is standard Royal Mail. You can upgrade by messaging us via the chat feature for items outside the UK.

Shipping & Delivery

We partner with reliable couriers to ensure timely delivery, but please note that all estimated delivery times are guidelines and not guarantees. Working days are Monday to Friday.

. If your order contains an item that is described as a ‘pre-order’ we will ship your order once that item is ready 

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or customs processes.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed, or lost in transit, we do not take responsibility for these occurrences. However, we will assist you in contacting the courier and provide guidance on filing a claim for compensation where applicable.

Customers should ensure they provide accurate shipping details, as we are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds

Shipping fees are transferred to a third party (courier)non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

If a package is returned to us after shipping for any reason. We can not resell any stock containing earrings for sanitary purposes (this includes any sets). Therefore we can not apply refunds, however will happily send the parcel back out. Relevant shipping charges will apply.
